Email Services

Digiweb has multiple servers dedicated to the reliable delivery of email services via POP3, IMAP and Web Interfaces. All mail is pre-scanned for virus’s and infected emails removed before delivery to customers’ mail boxes.

Digiweb deploys an active anti-spam solution that first of all prevents mail from known spammers from reaching the mail server. Spam may be actively viewed and managed by customers via a web interface.

Optionally, Digiweb provides an authenticated SMTP service that allows customers to send as well as receive email when traveling between home and office, or anywhere in the world.

Clients may elect to use their ISP’s smtp server. The benefit of using Digiweb’s SMTP server option is that it is accessible on any ISP network both within New Zealand and overseas. This is particularly useful if you have a notebook computer and wish to use it on the internet in multiple locations.

Email to TXT

Digiweb can forward the content of a form or web based enquiry to any mobile phone as a TXT message. Fees are $10.00 per month plus GST – the end user phone pays for the TXT message, and for this reason messages can only be sent to the phone of the bill payer.
